A BRIEF ON LALJI MEHROTRA TECHNICAL INSTITUTE, GURUGRAM
Lalji Mehrotra Technical Institute (LMTI) imparts vocational career training in Paramedical and Allied Healthcare Sector. LMTI, Gurugram was started as a constituent of Sar-la Education Trust, Mumbai in 2020. The Institute is managed by a Technocrats who had ventured into Skill based Training in the Healthcare field in 2017 as a Franchisee of a leading Allied healthcare training institute. The institute runs various Paramedical / Allied Healthcare courses for students with minimum eligibility of 10th / 12th (Arts/ Comm/ Science)/ Graduates. These students have to be in the age group of 17-25 years. The Institute is approved by National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) under Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship and the curriculum is as per Hospital Sector Skill Council (HSSC) stipulation. The Institute at Sector 14, Gurgaon has Airconditioned SMART classrooms and Laboratory equipped with requisite Medical Equipment, Tools, Manekins, Medical Emergency equipment, Oxygen cylinders, Airway Management, Medical Consumables, Hospital Bed, ALS Ambulance Equipment, Dental Chair, etc. and other Infrastructure to impart complete Course training as per NSDC /HSSC requirement.
The curriculum for every course covers Human Anatomy Foundation, Technical Theory, Laboratory and Soft skills in the Institute followed by practical Internship in the Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Specialty Clinics, Diagnostic Centres, Allied Healthcare Companies, etc. On successful completion of Exams and Internship, the candidates are aligned for Placements in the Healthcare Industry. The Institute undertakes admissions in the following courses:
Corporate Training
LMTI, Gurugram also conducts Emergency Responder / First Aid Courses for the Employees in Corporate/ Hospitals/ Factories etc. so that the equip the organization with resources who are well trained in Life saving skills.

LMTI Gurugram under the aegis of Sar-la Education Trust has executed CSR Projects for some of the leading Indian Companies under Education / Healthcare / Skilling for Livelihood generation.
Bridging Technical Resource Gap in Elevator Industry
LMTI Gurugram has a vision to enhance Employability of the candidates in search of jobs by bridging the gap between the Manpower requirement of the industry and the available skilled resources. Based on the huge demand of trained technical resources as Lift Mechanics by the Lift & Elevator Industry, both local manufacturers and Multinational Companies, LMTI Gurugram provides a short term “Lift & Escalator Mechanic” Course. The Institute has a complete Lab set up along with a Working Lift Model consisting of all the sub-assemblies like Motor, Pulley, Lift Car, Overspeed Governor, Landing Door, Car Door Assembly, associated Electronic Controls and Panel. LMTI has an MOU with some of the leading Lift Manufacturers for Internship (OJT) and subsequent Employment of its students.
LMTI is further looking forward to expand its Training / Upskilling portfolio in New Generation Technology / Services field to ensure availability of Trained & Skilled Resources for the relevant Industry. This shall provide Employability to the Youth of the country in key Emerging Sectors of the Growing Indian Economy.

1. Rajeev Dhawan
An Electronics Engineer from MNIT, Allahabad Rajeev has 30 years of experience in the Electronic Industry. He has been involved in Research & Development activities with the Manufacturers in the Audio-Video and Satellite Television Industry. He has wide exposure to the Global Manufacturing Facilities and Vendor Development business.
2. Girish Kr Sidana
Electronics Engineering Graduate from MNIT Allahabad and Alumnus of Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, Delhi Girish spent 20 years in CAD Software solutions and 10 years in GIS Mapping and Project Management for a renowned Indian Automobile Manufacturer.
3. Rajesh Talwar
Rajesh completed his Electronics Engineering from MNIT Allahabad and spent 13 years in a Telecom Equipment Manufacturing Company in Production, Quality Control and Transfer of Technology Departments. With Management from BVU, Rajesh possesses 17 year experience in Sales and Marketing in Multinational Telecom and IT Infrastructure companies.
